How do I create a Synthesia Brand Kit?

To manually create a brand kit:

  1. Navigate to the left hand menu of Synthesia and under the Assets section select brand kits.

  2. The Brand kit page displays any current kits that have been created in the workspace.

  3. Click Create brand kit at the top of the page.

  4. Enter a name for your brand kit in the upper left corner of the page.

  5. Select the Logo you wish to use from the library or upload your own. You can have two versions per brand kit, a Primary which will sit on lighter backgrounds and a Negative that will sit on darker backgrounds.

  6. Select up to 2 Text styles, 6 Avatars and 12 Colors for your brand kit.

  7. Once, Colors have been chosen, Synthesia will then suggest appropriate Color themes for your brand.

  8. Add themes to your kit, by clicking Add theme and selecting one of the suggested themes.

  9. Once happy with your choices, Click Save.


To generate an automated brand kit:

  1. Navigate to the left-hand menu of Synthesia and under the Assets section, select Brand kits.

  2. The Brand kit page displays any current kits that have been created in the workspace.

  3. Click Create brand kit at the top of the page.

  4. Navigate to the Create your brand kit in just 1 click option on the left-hand side.

  5. Search for a brand or enter a website URL in the search bar to generate a brand kit.

  6. Make changes to the brand kit as needed.

  7. Once satisfied, click Save.

Notes:

  • Themes contain exactly 4 colors: 2 dark and 2 light.

  • You cannot manually set the Theme colors these are generated by an algorithm.

  • When generating a brand kit from a logo, custom fonts will need to be manually uploaded and selected.
