Brand Kit Enforcement helps admin ensure all videos follow brand guidelines by locking in approved brand assets like logos, fonts, and colors. This reduces off-brand content and saves time on manual reviews.
How to enable Brand Kit Enforcement:
Go to Workspace or Organization settings.
Open the Collaboration tab.
Toggle on Brand Kit Enforcement under Permissions.
Only admins can enable this setting.
When Brand Kit Enforcement is enabled:
A default brand kit is automatically applied to all new videos and templates.
Users cannot:
Replace logos with non-brand media
Use fonts or colors outside the brand kit
Select “No brand kit”
Users can:
Switch to other approved brand kits (if available)
Paste elements from other videos, even if they’re off-brand
If an enforced brand kit is deleted, the video will no longer have a brand kit applied and users can choose freely.
Notes:
If a brand kit doesn’t include logos, fonts, or colors, users can select those freely.
Users can still upload logos as regular images and use Brandfetch to fetch external logos.
