Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I dub videos created by others?

A: Yes, but only if you have the appropriate rights and permissions to do so.

Q: Why wasn't my content approved?

A: Most often, this happens when content violates our content moderation guidelines and prohibited content. If you are unsure why your content was rejected and what to do next, please check our Guide on Appeals and Moderation Decisions article.

Q: Can I edit my translations after they've been dubbed?

A: Yes you can edit your translations but every edit will be checked to ensure that it does not change the original meaning. These editing capabilities are only available for Enterprise users at the moment.
