π This process is only available to self-serve users who sign in with an email and password.
If you use Google login or SSO (e.g. SAML) to access your account, please contact Synthesia Customer Support for help changing your email.
How to change your email address:
Follow these steps to update the email address associated with your Synthesia account.
Sign in to Synthesia using your current email and password.
Select your profile icon, and then select Account settings.
Under the Account info tab, select Change email.
Enter the new email address you would like to use, and then enter your Synthesia password.
Select Verify email to proceed.
Check your new email inbox for a verification code, and then enter the code in Synthesia to confirm the change.
You will be logged out after the change and will receive a confirmation message at your new email address. You can then sign in using your new email.
π‘ Updating your email address does not update your billing email.
To avoid invoices being sent to your old address, update your billing information in your workspace settings.
βοΈ The new email address must not already be in use in Synthesia.
If it is, the update will fail. To reclaim access to an existing email address, contact Synthesia Customer Support for assistance.
