Invalid Subscription
If you have a paid subscription and encounter the above error when signing in, contact the Synthesia support team to regain access.
Details Not Recognized
If you have previously used a trial account, contact the Synthesia support team to discuss account options, as your trial may have expired.
Sign in with Google/SSO
Accounts can be set up by signing in with Google or SSO.
If your account was created using Google or SSO and you prefer to use a password instead, visit the 'Forgot Password' page and follow the reset steps.
