If you're having trouble signing in to your Synthesia account, this article covers the most common causes and how to resolve them.
Password Issues
If you cannot sign in because you have forgotten your password or your password is not being recognized, you can reset it.
đ Need to reset your password? Follow the steps in How do I reset my Synthesia password? to regain access to your account.
Invalid Subscription
If you have a paid subscription and see an invalid subscription error when signing in, your account may need to be reviewed by the support team. Contact the Synthesia support team to regain access.
Details Not Recognized
If you have previously used a trial account and now can't sign in, your trial may have expired. Contact the Synthesia support team to discuss account options.
Sign in with Google/SSO
Accounts can be set up by signing in with Google or SSO.
If your account was created using Google or SSO and you prefer to use a password instead, visit the Forgot Password page and follow the reset steps.
Registered Email No Longer Exists
If your account's registered email address belongs to a business domain and no longer exists (for example, after a staff change or domain migration), Synthesia's Customer Terms of Service treat your organization, not the individual user, as the account owner. To update the registered email in this situation, ask a C-suite executive, head of procurement, or your organization's contract signatory to email Synthesia support directly, confirming the current and new email addresses.
