Password requirements
To help keep your account secure, your password must include:
At least 8 characters (maximum 99 characters)
At least 1 number
At least 1 special character
At least 1 uppercase letter
At least 1 lowercase letter
How to reset your password
If you’ve forgotten your password or need to change it:
Go to the Forgot password page.
Enter your registered email address.
Click Reset password.
Check your email for a message from Synthesia with instructions (this may take up to 10 minutes).
