📌 Self-serve users can <a href="https://help.synthesia.io/en/articles/8354845-how-do-i-add-a-guest-to-my-synthesia-workspace">invite guests</a> to view and comment on individual videos, but each self-serve account is limited to a single user and therefore cannot convert a guest to a member. ​ 🚨 You must be an Admin of your Workspace on an Enterprise plan to upgrade a Guest into a Member.

Click the Users section under the Workspace.

1. Navigate to Account Info
2. Click the Users section under the Workspace.
3. Select the Guests tab.
4. Click on the options menu.
5. Select Convert to Member.

✍️ Once a Guest has been upgraded to a Member, they cannot be downgraded back to a Guest
