📌 Self-serve users can invite guests to view and comment on individual videos, but each self-serve account is limited to a single user and therefore cannot convert a guest to a member.
🚨 You must be an Admin of your Workspace on an Enterprise plan to upgrade a Guest into a Member.

Navigate to Account Info
Click the Users section under the Workspace.
Select the Guests tab.
Click on the options menu.
Select Convert to Member.
✍️ Once a Guest has been upgraded to a Member, they cannot be downgraded back to a Guest
