Synthesia makes it easy to share your generated videos in different formats—via public link, embedded on a webpage, or as a SCORM package for LMS use. You can also control who sees your video and how they interact with it.
Publish Your Video
Open the video you want to share.
Click the Share button in the top-right corner.
Click Create link.
After generating the link, you’ll have these options:
Copy link – Share a public link to your video.
Delete link -Remove the public link to stop sharing the video.
Copy embed code – Embed the video on a website or platform - any changes made to your video in Synthesia, will automatically update on your website without needing to re-upload it.
Download SCORM package (Enterprise only) – Export the video for use in a LMS.
Customize Sharing Settings
You can control how your video is accessed and interacted with. Settings are grouped into categories:
Public video page
Allow video duplication – Let others copy this video into their own Synthesia workspace.
Allow search engine indexing – Make the video findable through search engines. By default, when you create a link to a Synthesia video, the link to the video remains non-discoverable
Call-to-action – Add a clickable link to the video (custom label + URL) - this option only works with Copy webpage link.
SCORM settings (Enterprise only)
Export version – Choose between SCORM 1.2 or 2004.
Completion criteria – Set what percentage must be watched to mark the video as complete.
Record learner identity - allows for the users identity to be recorded when they have taken the course, if switched on.

Advanced settings
These apply to all video formats—link, embed, or SCORM:
Require SSO to watch – Restrict access to authenticated users.
Protect with password – Add password protection to limit viewing.
To Publish Multiple Videos at Once:
Select multiple videos by clicking the checkboxes next to each video.
Click the Share button that appears at the top of the page.
Set the video page settings for all selected videos:
Allow video duplication
Allow search engine indexing
Add call-to-action: Specify a label and URL.
Click Create Links to apply the settings to all selected videos.
Download the CSV file provided after publishing, which contains:
Share page links
Call-to-action details
Thumbnails
