How do I export my video as a SCORM package?

Learn how to export your Synthesia video as a SCORM package for use in your LMS. Includes steps for setting completion criteria and supported SCORM versions.

To export your video as a SCORM package:

  1. Navigate to the video you wish to export.

  2. Ensure your video is generated.

  3. Once generated, select the Share option.

  4. Click the Create link option and under Download SCORM, choose:

    • The Export version (e.g., SCORM 1.2 or 2004)

    • The Completion criteria percentage

    • Record learner identity, if you wish to see which users have viewed your video.

  5. Click Download SCORM.

  6. The video will be downloaded as a .zip file, ready to use in your LMS.

✍️ Any updates to the video after exporting, will be automatically updated in the SCORM file.
