This message occurs when the avatars or voices included in your video are not accessible to you due to permission restrictions or your Synthesia plan type.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Check which avatars and voices are being used in the video by reviewing each scene.

  2. You may not have access due to limitations in your current plan. In this case, replace any unauthorized avatars with ones you have permission to use.

  3. If the video uses a custom avatar or voice clone, permissions for these assets are typically controlled by the user who created them.

    1. If access is needed, the owner will need to contact the support team to request that the avatar or voice be shared with you.

  4. If you believe you should have access to all the the avatars and voices in the video, but are still encountering this message, please contact the Support team.


Notes:

  • Custom avatars and voice clones can only be shared amongst members of the same workspace.
