Our Enterprise plan users can create an unlimited number of personal avatars.

To create a Personal Avatar:
Select Create Avatar under the Personal Avatar option.
Instructions on how to create the Avatar will be displayed on screen. When you have read these, click Next.
You will then have the option between using your webcam or uploading footage.
If you wish to record yourself, ensure the correct camera and audio inputs are selected and click Next.
Select the preferred language you wish to record in.
Click Start Recording to begin, using the script and prompts on screen.
Once you have finished recording:
Click Submit recording.
Review the footage to ensure it is in line with the creation guidelines. You can rerecord your footage, using the Record again option.
If required, remove the background using the Remove background toggle.
Click the checkbox to confirm the recording meets the guidelines and click Next.
Click Start Recording and record your consent using the script onscreen.
Once finished, check the biometric consent prompt and click Submit recording. Your avatar will begin generation this usually takes around 1 business day to complete.
Once your Avatar has finished generating, access and use it like any other Avatars in Synthesia.
If required, you can delete your Avatar using the three dot menu on your avatar and clicking Delete. Deleting your avatar from your account will reallocate the avatar credit back to your account.

Notes:
Consent footage cannot be uploaded and must include the consent passcode.
The person who will be represented by the avatar must be the one to film the consent footage.
You can only remove backgrounds from webcam recording and not prerecorded footage.
Creating a personal avatar automatically generates a voice clone.
Annual plan users are now able to purchase additional Personal Avatars by contacting our Support Team.
