Your custom avatar is exclusively available to you and will not be included in our stock avatars available to all customers.
However, if a team member needs access to your avatar, follow these steps:
Locate your avatar in the Avatars section in Synthesia.
Click the three dots next to your avatar to locate the avatar ID.
