If you have not received a reset password link:

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder.

  • Check your firewall settings, as this may prevent the reset email from reaching your domain.

  • Verify that the email address you're using is the one registered for your Synthesia account.

If you are still experiencing difficulties signing in, contact the Synthesia Support Team.
