If you're using Synthesia on a corporate network, you may need to whitelist specific addresses and IPs in your firewall settings to ensure full access to the platform and its features.

  1. Whitelist Synthesia-owned addresses
Ensure that your firewall allows access to all subdomains under:

    • *.synthesia.io Including, but not limited to:

      • *.api.synthesia.io

      • app.synthesia.io

      • cdn.synthesia.io

      • share.synthesia.io

      • studio.auth.synthesia.io

      • help.synthesia.io

      • image.synthesia.io

      • *.prd.synthesia.io

      • *.segment.synthesia.io

      • security.synthesia.io

  2. Whitelist Amazon Web Services addresses used by Synthesia

    • cognito-idp.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com

    • synthesia-ttv-data.s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com

  3. Whitelist third-party services required for Synthesia features
These services support core functionality like feature flags, analytics, and email communication:

  4. Whitelist domains required for share pages and embeds

    • *.mux.com

    • *.litix.io
