📌 This article is for users who log in with an email and password. If you sign in with Google or SSO, your password is managed through Google or your identity provider — not Synthesia. To change it, update your password there directly.
To reset your Synthesia account password:
Navigate to the forgot password page.
Enter your registered email address.
Select Reset password.
Synthesia will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
✍️ It can take up to 10 minutes for the reset email to arrive. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it. If you still haven't received it, see Why have I not received a reset password link?
