While your video is generating it will go through several stages: Moderating, Queued, Preparing, Rendering, Assembling and Finalizing.
Moderation is a crucial part of the video generation process. Synthesia moderates 100% of its content. Moderation happens through automated systems and manual review. While automatic moderation is instant, manual moderation requires additional time for approval.
Why this happens
If your video is awaiting moderation, it will be reviewed by our Moderation Team as soon as possible.
✍️ Please do not generate the video multiple times, as this will hinder the process, resulting in increased wait times.
What to do
If your video has been under manual review for longer than 24 hours, contact the Synthesia Support Team.
