You can request that a video/avatar is deleted, which will then take up to 90 days before it is permanently deleted from our system.
If there is a request to delete specific data or delete all video/avatar/voice data on termination of an account, we will delete all copies permanently and provide confirmation of deletion.
If there is no request for deletion after termination of an account, the information will automatically be deleted within 90 days.
