How do I import PowerPoint slides into Synthesia?

Learn how to import your PowerPoint slides in Synthesia.

To import PowerPoint slides into Synthesia to generate a new video:

  1. Select the New video button located in the top right of the Synthesia.

  2. Click on Import PowerPoint option.

  3. Upload your PowerPoint.

Notes:

  • Supported formats are .ppt and .pptx

  • The PowerPoint slides are converted to images and used as scene backgrounds.

  • You can't edit the content of your original slides, but you can add additional elements such as avatars, shapes, text overlays, etc.

  • Your fonts must be embedded in your PowerPoint file to be correctly displayed in Synthesia.
