To cancel your Synthesia subscription:
Click the user profile icon in the top right of Synthesia application and select Account Info.
Navigate to Billing.
Under the plan name, press click here under cancel your subscription.
Confirm the subscription cancellation.
Notes:
If you cancel your account, you lose access to Synthesia and the videos on your account. Download your videos beforehand to keep them.
If you mistakenly cancel your plan, contact Synthesia support team by live chat or via email within 48 hours of cancellation.
