Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
Select the user profile icon in Synthesia.
Select Account Info.
Navigate to Billing.
Select the three-dot menu.
Select Cancel your subscription.
Confirm the subscription cancellation.
✍️ If you don't see the Cancel Subscription option, you may be on the Free plan. Formal cancellation is not required for the Free plan, but you can request account deletion by contacting support.
