How do I cancel my Synthesia subscription?

Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Select the user profile icon in Synthesia.

  2. Select Account Info.

  3. Navigate to Billing.

  4. Select the three-dot menu.

  5. Select Cancel your subscription.

  6. Confirm the subscription cancellation.

✍️ If you don't see the Cancel Subscription option, you may be on the Free plan. Formal cancellation is not required for the Free plan, but you can request account deletion by contacting support.

Will I still have access to Synthesia after I cancel?

After cancelling, you retain access to Synthesia until the end of your current billing period. A banner at the top of the page confirms when your access will end. For more details, visit Billing Settings.
