Overview
If videos or folders are missing from your workspace, they are usually in another workspace, hidden by folder permissions, or belong to a removed member. This article covers what to check.
Check you are in the right workspace
Content is scoped to a single workspace, so confirm it is not in another one. To do this, you will need to switch workspaces.

Check the video location
A video saved to your My videos section will not appear for another user in the shared workspace.

Folder permissions
If a folder is shared with limited permissions, you or other users, may not see its contents.

Content From a Removed or Deleted Member
When a member is removed or their account is deleted, their content may move or need reassigning.

If content is still missing
Contact our Support team with the workspace name and the video or folder name and they will investigate this for you.
