What is Content Search?
Content Search is a new permission available to Organization Admins . It allows you to:
Search for videos and templates across all users and workspaces
Become a collaborator on this content without user approval needed. Allowing you to:
Edit the content
Move it into shared workspaces
Share it with other users
How to use Content Search
Go to Organization settings.
Click on the Content Search tab.
Click Show all content to list all videos and templates across all workspaces, including private videos from workspace users.
Use the search bar to find specific content by:
Video or template title
User name
Workspace name
Once you locate the content, click the three dots and select Add as collaborator.
You can now edit, move, or share the content — including moving items into a shared workspace so others can access them.
