When a user is removed from a workspace or their account is terminated, the content they created in the workspace (e.g., videos or templates, etc) remains in the workspace and accessible to other workspace members.

Videos that belong to the users My Videos section but have been shared with other workspace members will still be accessible to those members. If someone has full access role on a video, they can move it to the workspace section .
Additionally, Synthesia's security policy indicates that it may take up to 90 days for data to be permanently deleted from the system after the termination of an account. Therefore, any videos in the My Videos section will not be immediately deleted. To learn more visit the Synthesia Security Practices page.
