How to Fix This
If you want to use a Stock Avatar, you can review your script to:
Ensure explainers about laws and regulations are general, easily verifiable, and neutral
Avoid statements which instruct the audience to take specific actions in situations involving legal rights, or could create legal disputes or liabilities
Remove personal opinions about specific laws, regulations, judgements and legal practitioners
Remove statements which promote a specific lawyer or law firm
If it isn’t possible to make these changes (e.g. For specialist legal education content, or content promoting a law firm), you may be able to create your content if you switch to a Custom Avatar. You can discuss a greater range of legal content topics with a Custom Avatar than with our Stock Avatars.
Note: Even if you include a disclaimer statement (e.g. This is not legal advice), your videos may still be rejected by moderation if they discuss restricted topics.
