Collaborating on a video

  1. Ensure the user is invited to the video, before continuing.

  2. The video will show in the user's Shared with me section.

  3. Users with Full access or Can edit permissions can:

    • Alter on screen text

    • Change Music

    • Change Avatars

    • Edit Layouts

    • Change Background Images

    • Alter Assets

Once you begin working on the project, your cursor and other users in the project will display on the canvas with your name and respective color.

✍️ Members on free or restricted licenses can also be invited to collaborate with edit or full access permission. They can edit scripts and add screen recordings without needing a full license. For a full list of what they can and cannot do, see How do I edit a video with a free or restricted license?
