To invite users to a Workspace:
Navigate to the top right corner of Synthesia and select your user icon.
Click on Preferences.
On the User settings page, select the Members tab.
Click on Invite Members.
Enter the user's email address and set their permissions.
If required, you can invite multiple users at once, by adding a comma between email addresses in the Invite members option.
Admins can also invite users by copying the invite link on this page and sending the link to all users you wish to add to the workspace.
Once invited, the user will receive an email notification allowing them to get set up.
Notes:
Admins can restrict the ability to invite new members to the workspace by enabling the Disable member invites option in Workspace permissions. This ensures that only admins can send invitations.
