How do I invite users to a Workspace?

Learn what workspaces and how to join and invite other to workspaces

This feature is only available on our Synthesia Enterprise Plan Customers.

This section is for the primary Synthesia account owner, who will have the ability to invite others to a workspace

To invite users to a Workspace:

  1. Navigate to the top right corner of Synthesia and select your user icon.

  2. Click on Preferences.

  3. On the User settings page, select the Members tab.

  4. Click on Invite Members.

  5. Enter the user's email address and set their permissions.

  6. If required, you can invite multiple users at once, by adding a comma between email addresses in the Invite members option.

  7. Admins can also invite users by copying the invite link on this page and sending the link to all users you wish to add to the workspace.

  8. Once invited, the user will receive an email notification allowing them to get set up.


Notes:

  • Only admins can add or delete members from a Workspace.
