Subscribe to Status Updates
To receive real-time notifications when Synthesia posts a platform update:
Navigate to the Status page.
Select Subscribe to Updates.
Choose your preferred notification method:
Email
Text message
Slack
Microsoft Teams
Enter the relevant details for your chosen method.
Select Subscribe.
You will receive a notification through your chosen channel whenever Synthesia posts an update to the Status page.
