To create a folder in Synthesia Workspace:
Open videos. If you see My videos and Workspace, select My videos for a private folder or Workspace for a shared folder.
Select New folder.
Enter the folder name.
Select Create.
To create a subfolder, open the parent folder and follow the same steps.

Select Rename Folder in the three-dot menu of a given folder to rename it.
Drag and drop a video to move it into a folder.
Navigate through folders by using the top breadcrumbs menu.
To move videos in bulk, select multiple videos and move them to the desired folder using the Move to function.
On Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans, you can bulk download generated videos in a folder using the folder's three-dot menu. Videos with interactive elements can't be bulk-downloaded.
