How it works
Survey Sessions work in four steps:
Set a study goal and add your questions.
Choose how deep the Avatar should probe on each question: None, Light, Moderate, or Deep.
Send the session to your participants.
Review results in a response table, or read an AI-generated report that summarizes themes and sentiment across every response.
✍️ Survey Session usage is metered in platform credits, not seats. One response uses 350 credits, and every plan also includes 3 free responses a month, separate from credits.
