Roleplay Insights reads every attempt on a Roleplay Session and surfaces the themes your team shares, so you can see what learners consistently do well and where they consistently struggle without reading transcripts one by one. Insights appear in a dedicated Insights tab in your analytics, next to Engagement and Results.
đ Analytics are available on paid Roleplay Sessions plans. To compare plans, check out How do I choose the right Roleplay Sessions plan?
What Roleplay Insights shows
Each set of insights is built from every attempt on a single Roleplay Session and includes:
Team-level themes â what your team consistently does well and where it consistently struggles.
Key takeaways â a summary of the biggest gaps and the standout strength, with a note when several gaps share the same root cause.
Evidence for every theme â each theme describes the behaviour, the context it happened in, and its consequence, backed by real quotes from attempts. You can view all the evidence and open the attempt behind any quote.
Viewing your insights
Navigate to the content you want to review.
Select Analytics.
Select the Insights tab.
âď¸ Insights are generated once a Roleplay Session has attempts from at least 10 learners, and your workspace needs learner seats. Until then, the Insights tab has nothing to show for that Session.
Who can see what
Enablement Admins see learner names and can open the full attempt behind any quote. Managers see the same themes and evidence with learners anonymized. Every set of insights shows a last-updated timestamp and the sample size it is based on, so you always know what the insights reflect.
âď¸ Insights are a snapshot, not a live view. They currently update once per day, so check the last-updated timestamp to see when they were generated. A Session shows a maximum of 6 themes, with strengths and gaps combined.
đĄ If your organization has Aggregated results mode turned on, Insights show the same themes and takeaways but without the individual learner quotes.
