Audit Logs allow admins to track and monitor activity within your Synthesia organization. It provides a complete audit trail of actions performed, including who performed them, when, and on what resources. This is especially useful for compliance and internal auditing.

How to use Audit Logs
Open your Synthesia workspace.
Select your profile icon and select Organization Settings.
Choose Audit Logs from the Organization Settings menu.
From here, you can:
Filter logs by date range, user, and event type (e.g. logins, permission change, billing credits consumed)
Download results as a CSV file for auditing, compliance, or reporting
Review a timeline of events to understand who did what and when

API access
Audit Logs can also be pulled programmatically using the Synthesia API, making it easy to integrate log data into your internal systems or compliance workflows.

Who can access Audit Logs?
Only Org Admins have access to Audit Logs. Regular users cannot see or interact with this feature.
If your organization doesn't have an Org Admin yet, an existing Org Admin can promote a user to that role from Organization Settings. If no Org Admin is assigned, contact Synthesia support to have one set up.
