To request an upgrade from a restricted license:
Attempt an action that will trigger a request to upgrade. These actions include:
Creating or editing a video
Creating or editing a template
Duplicating a video
A pop-up modal will appear, allowing you to send a license upgrade request to the Workspace Admin.
This request must be approved by the admin to proceed with the upgrade. Workspace Admins or Organization Admins (depending on your organization’s setup) are responsible for approving license upgrades.
Once approved, your license will be upgraded to a full license, which is a paid seat.
