Clearing your browser's cache can resolve loading issues, display errors, and performance problems in Synthesia. Follow the steps below for your browser.
Google Chrome
To clear your cache in Google Chrome:
Open Google Chrome.
Select the three dots in the top right corner.
From the dropdown menu, select Delete Browsing Data.
Choose a time range and the type of information you would like to remove.
Select Delete data.
Microsoft Edge
To clear your cache in Microsoft Edge:
Open Microsoft Edge.
Select the three dots in the top right corner.
From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
Select Privacy, Search, and Services.
Under the Delete browsing data section, select Choose What to Clear next to Clear browsing data now.
Choose a time range and the type of information you would like to remove.
Select Clear Now.
