Our Enterprise plan users can create an unlimited number of personal avatars.

To create a Personal Avatar using pre-recorded footage:
Select Create Avatar under the Personal Avatar option.
Instructions on how to create the Avatar will be displayed on screen. When you have read these, click Next.
You will then have the option between using your webcam or uploading footage.
Select Upload footage option.
Choose the file you wish to upload. Footage should be Footage should be a single, continuous take, between 1 and 5 minutes in length and only one person should be in the foreground of the video.
Review the footage and click the checkbox to confirm the footage meets the guidelines and click Next.
Click Start Recording and record your consent using the script onscreen.
Once finished, check the biometric consent prompt and click Submit recording. Your avatar will begin generation this usually takes around 1 business day to complete.
Once your Avatar has finished generating, access and use it like any other Avatars in Synthesia.
If required, you can delete your Avatar using the three dot menu on your avatar and clicking Delete. Deleting your avatar from your account will reallocate the avatar credit back to your account.

Notes:
Files must be in .mp4, .mov or .webm format and up to 2GB in size.
Your voice gets cloned at the same time as recording your avatar.
