Once your Custom Avatar is produced and deployed to your Synthesia account, refunds are not possible.

If you are unhappy with your avatar, please contact our Support Team to discuss the issue and receive further assistance.

To ensure your Studio Avatar is delivered in the highest possible quality, please review all the guidelines and requirements before submitting your request or footage.
