Once your Custom Avatar is produced and deployed to your Synthesia account, refunds are not possible.

If you are unhappy with your avatar, please contact our Support Team to discuss the issue and receive further assistance.

To avoid any issues with your Studio Avatar and ensure that you receive it in the highest quality possible, please refer to all of the guides and requirements listed above prior to submitting your request / footage.
