A Synthesia Organization allows you to centrally manage multiple Synthesia workspaces with a unified billing and license management. It comes with a new role: Organization Admin whom actions and configurations take precedence over a Workspace Admin. Organization Admins, through Organization settings can within their Organization:
Create/delete new Workspaces.
Control which feature is available in which Workspace.
Control which member gets access to which Workspace.
Control the discoverability of content in Workspaces.
As a member of a Workspace within an Organization, you can go in any open Workspace. However, you need to be invited to join a hidden Workspace within the Organization.
When a user is invited to join a workspace within an Organization, they are also able to join any other open Workspaces under this organization.
