We know that Synthesia is an exciting product to use that our users want to understand & try the product before purchasing a full plan.
The Free Plan allows you to do just that - allowing you to fully experience how Synthesia works to best suit your needs! 🥳
If you are unable to see the Free Plan option on the list of plans on our website, this will be due to the plan not be available in your region yet.
But don't worry, we hope to release the plan to your region in the near future! 🙌
How can I subscribe to the Free Plan?
If you are new to Synthesia or one of our existing customers, you have the opportunity to test out Synthesia using our our free plan.
New users: can subscribe to the free plan from our website.
If your already have an existing Synthesia account: simply navigate to the in-app plan picker and select the free plan.
Which features does the Free Plan have?
On the free plan, you will have 1 editor seat and be able to have 3 minutes of video a month, which you can download and will be watermarked. You will also have access to some of our Synthesia branded AI avatars and voices.
Whilst there is no collaboration or assisted creation, the free plan is a great way to get started on discovering what Synthesia can do!

How can I upgrade from the Free Plan?
If you like what Synthesia can do and are interested in upgrading to one of other plans, it very easy to do:
To upgrade to a Self-Serve plan:
Simply access the in-app plan picker, and select the self-serve plan you wish to upgrade to. If this is your first time upgrading, you will need to enter your billing and personal information at checkout. Upgrades are effective immediately, so you can begin creating straight away!
To upgrade to any Corporate plan:
If you are wanting to upgrading to one of our corporate plan, you can fill in the Contact Us form which is accessible via the in app plan picker.
