Using Avatar Builder
Navigate to the Avatars section.
Select the From Synthesia tab.
In the legacy avatar section, select the Customize option on the avatar you want to use.
Select the shirt color using one of the palettes, the color picker, or by entering a hex code.
Select Apply to preview the new shirt color in the builder.
Enterprise plan only: To add a logo, select Add logo, then choose to upload a new logo, select an existing one from your library, or find one via the Brandfetch integration in the media picker. Resize or reposition the logo on the avatar's clothing as needed.
Enter a name for your customized look in the Look name field.
Select Generate Avatar.
✍️ Note: The Customize option is only available on select legacy avatars. If you don't see it, that avatar does not support Avatar Builder.

Avatar generation typically takes 15–20 minutes. You can begin creating your video while it generates, but you’ll need to wait until the process is complete before generating the video with the Avatar.
