The Synthesia password policy specifies that a user’s password must have:
A minimum of 8 characters (maximum 99 chars).
At least 1 number.
At least 1 special character.
At least 1 uppercase letter.
At least 1 lowercase letter.
Notes:
Synthesia doesn't compare password history and doesn't enforce a max password age.
Synthesia supports SAML SSO for enterprise customers, allowing you to define the password policy for your own users.
Synthesia accounts are locked after 5 failed login attempts.
