Learn more about how to upgrade and downgrade your plan

In order to get the most out of your Synthesia experience, you might need to look at upgrading your plan. Let's take a look at how you can do this below! ⬇️


Upgrading your Plan

In order to upgrade your plan, you will need to go to your Settings and navigate to Billing.

At the top right on the window, you will see a blue Upgrade button.

You will then be given the plan options to choose from. If you are wanting to upgrade to Creator plan, click Upgrade. If you are wishing to upgrade to our Enterprise Plan, you can Contact us.

Once you select the Upgrade button, you will be taken to the page below, where you can input your payment information and Confirm the upgrade.

Upgrades are effective immediately, and are prorated.

It is important to note that prorated charges are invoiced immediately.


Downgrade Behaviour

Should you at any point wish to downgrade your plan, you are able to do so.

You can downgrade in the Billing section in Settings

Downgrades are effective at the end of the ongoing billing period and therefore have no proration.

A scheduled downgrade can be cancelled from Billing Settings, using the Cancel downgrade option as shown below.
