Chat: There are two ways to contact us via live chat. The first option is to click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of our website, as shown below.
This will open up a window allowing you to send the team a message. Also, check out our Knowledge Base, as you'll likely find what you need there 🤓.
The second option is to head over to your Synthesia STUDIO account, and select "Help" from the left-hand side menu.
Here, you have three options: Help Center, How-to Videos, or Contact Us.
If our literature hasn't answered your question, use the "Contact Us" button to speak to our team.
2. How to contact Sales
We’re thrilled you are considering purchasing one of our plans 🤩! We offer two types of plans: personal plans and corporate plans. To learn about the differences between the plans, please follow this page.
Personal Plan Purchase: Sign up for a monthly personal plan here.
Personal Plan Upgrade: Switch to a personal annual plan by contacting our support team.
Custom Avatar Purchase: Contact our support team to enquire or purchase a Custom Avatar.
WebCam Avatar Purchase: Contact our support team to enquire or purchase a WebCam Avatar.
Please note: Corporate plan pricing is tailored to your organisation’s needs and can only be provided by our sales team.
3. How to contact Customer Success
If your account has a Customer Success Manager, please contact our support team. They will be happy to put you in touch with your dedicated contact.
4. How to contact Moderation
If your video is awaiting moderation, it will be reviewed by our Moderation Team as soon as possible. Please do not submit the video multiple times, as this will hinder the process. If your video has been under manual review for longer than 24 hours please contact our support team.
