Are Synthesia purchases refundable?
As outlined in Synthesia's Customer Terms of Service, all purchases are non-cancelable and, except where the Contract expressly states otherwise, non-refundable.

If you were charged during a period when you could not access your account due to a confirmed technical issue, contact the Support Team so the team can review your case. If you have a signed Order Form as an Enterprise customer, refer to your Order Form first, since it takes precedence over these terms.
Can I get a refund on a Studio Avatar?
Refunds for Studio Avatars aren't possible once the avatar has been produced and deployed to your account. If you're unhappy with your avatar, contact the Synthesia Support Team to discuss the issue.
Does Synthesia offer discounts?
At the moment, Synthesia doesn't offer general discounts, student discounts, or different pricing for non-profits or educational institutions.
When am I billed for licenses?
You're billed for the number of Synthesia full licenses at the start of your billing period.
If your organization has since given you an Enterprise license, contact the Support Team to review any overlapping personal plan charges.
I forgot to cancel my subscription before it renewed. Can I get a refund?
As per Synthesia's Customer Terms of Service purchases are non-cancelable and non-refundable, even if the subscription wasn't used. To avoid future charges, cancel before your next renewal date from Billing in your account settings.
