Organization Admins can share Brand Kits and Templates across all workspaces within their organization. This makes it easy for teams to create consistent, on-brand videos using approved assets—without needing to duplicate or manually copy anything.
Who can share Brand Kits and Templates?
📌 Only Organization Admins have the ability to share or un-share Brand Kits and Templates at the organization level.
How to share Brand Kits and Templates
You can share assets directly from the Brand Kits or Templates library.
To share a Brand Kit or Template:
Go to the Brand Kits or Templates library
Hover over the asset you want to share
Click the three-dot menu
Select Share with organization
Once shared:
The asset appears under Organization Brand Kits or Organization Templates at the top of the library
It becomes visible and usable in all workspaces across your organization
To un-share a Brand Kit or Template
Open the three-dot menu on the shared asset
Select No access
The asset will return to being available only in its original workspace.
