How do I assign a Brand Admin to a workspace?

The Brand Admin role lets Enterprise teams manage brand assets securely, delegating brand ownership without exposing sensitive Organization Admin settings.

What is a Brand Admin?

A Brand Admin is a dedicated role that allows selected users to manage all brand-related elements across one or multiple workspaces.


How to assign a Brand Admin

  1. As the Org Admin, go to Organization Users settings.

  2. Find the user you want to promote.

  3. Select the 3 dots

  4. Select Make Brand Admin to promotes any user to a Brand Admin.

✍️ Assigning Brand Admin doesn't remove a user's existing Workspace Admin or Organization Admin permissions — roles are additive, even if the menu wording makes it look like a replacement.
