This message appears when your account doesn't have sufficient video minutes to complete the video generation.
When you see this message:
Check your minute balance and the duration of the video you are attempting to generate.
If your account shows that you have enough minutes to generate the video but you are still seeing this message, please contact the Support Team.
If you do not have enough minutes to generated the video you will need to upgrade your Synthesia plan or wait until your billing cycle renews.
