This message appears when your account doesn't have sufficient credits to complete the video generation.
When you see this message:
- Check your credit balance and the duration of the video you are attempting to generate. 
- If your account shows that you have enough credits to generate the video but you are still seeing this message, please contact the Support Team. 
- If you do not have enough credits to generated the video you will need to upgrade your Synthesia plan or wait until your billing cycle renews.
