How do I fix the "You don't have enough credits to generate the video" message?

This message appears when your account doesn't have enough credits to generate the video you've attempted to generate. For self serve customers, credits are consumed based on the length of the video.

"You don't have enough credits to generate the video" message

When you see this message:

  1. Check your credit balance and the duration of the video you are attempting to generate.

  2. If you do not have enough credits to generated the video you will need to upgrade your Synthesia plan or wait until your billing cycle renews.

  3. If your account shows that you have enough credits to generate the video but you are still seeing this message, please contact the Support Team.
