Edits made to the original video will not be automatically reflected in the translations. You will need to retranslate your video for these edits to be reflected across translated versions of the video.

To retranslate your video:

  1. Make the desired edits to the original video.

  2. Select the language option next to the title of your video.

  3. Click Add translation. In the Select Languages dropdown menu, select the Retranslate all option.

  4. This will update the drafts of your existing translated videos. If these videos have already been generated and published you will then need to manually re-generate and re-publish for these updates to be reflected in the final versions.

Notes:

  • You can individually select which language you would like to retranslate if you do not wish to retranslate all.

  • You can add new translation languages when retranslating.
