To help with organization and workspace management, admins have the option to use Insights, allowing for a CSV report to be obtained of the organization or workspace usage.
To obtain this report:
Navigate to the User settings in Synthesia.
Select the Insights tab, located under either the Workspace or Organization settings (dependent on your Synthesia plan).
Specify a date range and select the Get report via email to generate the report. The report will be sent to the email address associated to your Synthesia account.
On completion a zip file is sent containing two reports as .csv files: Workspace (or Organization) usage and Workspace (or Organization) members activity.
Notes:
If you do not receive an email within 10 minutes, re-trigger the report generation by clicking the Get report via email button.
Videos and minutes metrics take into account each video version.
