You can hide the avatar in any scene so the video plays with audio but no visible presenter. This works well for narrated slide-style content, audio-first formats, or scenes where you want a background without an avatar in front of it.
✍️ This does not apply to scenes built from an avatar-based stock template. In these scenes, the avatar is part of the template layout, so hiding or deleting it removes the entire scene instead of just the avatar.
How to hide the avatar
There are two ways to do this in the editor:
Select the eye icon in the Avatar section of the script panel to hide the avatar from the scene.
Select the avatar directly on the canvas and press Delete to remove it.
In both cases the script and voice still generate normally — only the avatar is hidden.
What the video will look like
Without an avatar, the scene plays over the chosen background, media and graphics that are added to the scene.
Mixing scenes with and without an avatar
Avatar visibility is set per scene. You can have some scenes with an avatar and others without — useful for intro or outro scenes with a presenter, and content slides without one.
