You can create dynamic, conversational videos in Synthesia using angled views for avatars. With multiple camera angles available for certain avatars, it’s easy to simulate dialogue or role-play scenarios.

How to Create a Dialogue Scene:

  1. Add two avatar scenes to your video project.

  2. In the Inspector panel, select an avatar that supports angled views. This will be denoted by a camera icon in the bottom left corner of the avatar. (e.g., Kai or Rita).

  3. Choose the camera angle:

    • Front

    • Angled left (avatar faces screen right)

    • Angled right (avatar faces screen left)

  4. Mix and match angles between avatars in alternating scenes to create a back-and-forth conversation effect.

Notes:

  • Not all angled avatars will have all three angles available.

  • The Angled right view is mirrored from original footage. This may flip some visual features (e.g., facial markings).

  • Avatars with angled views have no background, allowing more creative flexibility.

  • The Spaces feature does not support angled views. For best results, use solid color or gradient backgrounds.
