Why is my payment to Synthesia unsuccessful?

Synthesia accepts all major debit, credit and master cards as well as other payment methods. If your payment is unsuccessful or appears to have failed, check the following:

  • Card details entered match and have the correct billing address.

  • Card expiry date.

  • Sufficient funds are available.

If the details above are correct, your transaction might need to be verified with your bank. Check to see if you received a text message or a push notification in your banking app to authenticate the payment, or try contacting your bank directly.
